MYSTERY SHIRTS: In September, I offered a Mystery Shirt. I gave a couple of clues, Then you paid the $24, told me what size you need and we mailed it to you! The shirts normally would retail for $30+. The shirts went over so well, we've continued it every month! So every month from the 1-10th, we start taking orders for the following month. The shirts will be shipped the first week of the month. Same dates apply each month. There are no refunds or exchanges on Mystery Shirts - that's the Mystery Aspect of it :)

SHIPPING:  We ship USPS First-Class Mail for packages under 15 oz.  Above 16 oz. packages are mailed via Priority Mail.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and projected delivery date.  We often Pre-Print Labels Before They Actually Ship.  Packages Will Show an Accepted Date at our Local Post Office When They are Scanned In.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:  Twisted Buffalo Boutique is not Responsible for Lost/Stolen Packages, Packages Sent to the Wrong Address or Refunding/Replacing Lost Packages that have not been delivered.  However, we will work with you to try and locate the package.    In the rare instance, your package is lost or missing, I would suggest calling your local Post Office and providing them with the tracking number that was emailed to you or you may file a Missing Mail & Lost Package Claim via USPS Here:

All claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process. Once USPS responds we will be able to determine how to move forward. In the meantime, please be patient with us as we work with USPS.  Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.  Once packages are placed in the hands of USPS our access to information is very limited.  In some cases, it can take up to 7 business days for USPS to deliver the package to be delivered after it has been marked delivered. Please allow that amount of time before reaching out.  Packages that show the package was delivered at the correct address via GPS tracking from USPS, must accompany a police report to be considered for a replacement.

Our website offers Route Insurance to purchase at checkout.  This is a great feature to protect your package in case your order gets lost, damaged or stolen in transit.  If you choose to decline the protection, will will give you contact information to fill out a Missing Mail Report, we we will no longer be filing them out if Route Insurance is declined.

 SHIPPING TIME FRAME: Our Normal Shipping Time is 3-5 BUSINESS Days.  

COMPLETE ORDERS:  Please note, that we only ship COMPLETE orders.  If you order a Mystery Shirt or a Pre-Order Tee, items ordered with your Pre-Order item will ship together when the tees are shipped out.  We are a small business and this makes it easier and more organized on us to ONLY Ship Complete Orders out. When an order is placed that includes a Pre-Order item, it automatically goes into our shipping queue as a "HOLD" order and doesn't show up in our system as an order that needs to be shipped yet because the order includes a Pre-Order item.   If you need something shipped sooner that we have in stock, you are more than welcome to place a separate order for those in-stock items to be shipped separately.  When your items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

CORRECT ADDRESSES:  Please verify before checkout that the address you have entered or that auto-populates from PayPal is correct.  We are not responsible for packages mailed to incorrect addresses.  If your package is returned back to us for an incorrect address, please email us at: and we can invoice you for the additional shipping costs to re-mail your package to the correct address.

CANCELING ORDERS:  Once an order has been placed on the website, we cannot cancel it for any reason.

FREE GIFTS:  From Time to Time, Twisted Buffalo Boutique gives a free gift in orders.  This may include Candy, Hair Ties, Car Scents, Bracelets or a Variety of Other Free Gifts to thank our customers for their purchases.  If you have an allergy or would request not to have a free gift, please include a note at Checkout that you would not like a free gift, etc.  

SEZZLE:  We Offer Sezzle as a Payment Method at Checkout that Splits Up Your Order of Over $45 into Four Equal, Interest Free Payments Spread Out over Six Weeks.  Please Note:  If you choose this payment option, you will be responsible for any outstanding Sizzle payments if you do a return before the four payments are completed.  Click Here for:  Sezzle Contact Info.


ORDERING:  You are responsible for ordering the correct size and quantity you need.  Since I usually only order exactly what you pre-order, I usually don't have extras to trade and exchange.  Please double check your size, neck style, color (if applicable) before checking out.  Also, the item description includes all necessary details of the shirt including, but not limited to, Brand, Color, Fit, Sizing Info, Arrival Estimate, etc.  Please review the description prior to checkout to clear up any confusion.  After an order has been placed we cannot cancel the order.

PRE-ORDERS:  Pre-Orders are items that we only order what everyone has stated what they want, I cannot accept exchanges/returns. To ensure that you are ordering the correct size, I recommend trying on the shirts before you pre-order a size to make sure that it will fit you well! If a shirt is running true to size/big/small, I always state in the description.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:  Due to our constantly changing stock, we are ONLY able to offer store credit for items.  Items MUST be mailed back to us within 14 days of delivery date of the package.  Return address is:  Twisted Buffalo Boutique, PO Box 463, Canton, OK 73724.  Pre-Order Items, Mystery Shirts, Mystery Bags or Boxes, Earrings, Jewelry, Bracelets, Hair Accessories, Hats, Hair Ties/Coils, Car Scents, Bath & Body Items and SALE items CANNOT be mailed back for store credit or exchange.  These are Items are a FINAL SALE and No Refunds/Store Credit/Exchanges will be allowed.  Store Credit will be issued via email to the email address associated on your account.  Store Credit must be used within 1 year.   Excessive Returns:  Please Note that we limit returns to TWO Per 30 day period.  Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for processing of your return.   Returns mailed to TBB After the 14 Day Return Time Frame are NOT Eligible for Return and Will Be Mailed Back to the Sender.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Please inspect your merchandise before wearing and washing!  Damaged Items MUST be accompanied with the mailer they were mailed in.  Unfortunately, after 3 days have passed since you have received your item, I CANNOT refund or exchange.   You MUST email us at: within 3 days to start the return process; please include pictures of the damage AND of the mailer.  TBB Is NOT Responsible for Items Damaged While Using Scissors to Open Pacakges.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: I always suggest washing on cold water, inside out and hang dry. Shirts with crystals, wash on cold water inside out and hang dry.  Any items with glitter, rhinestones, etc. I would recommend washing inside out.  Any items with foil should be hand washed, no iron and hang dry to preserve the life and beauty of the foil.  Any items labeled as Acid Wash or Oil Rubbed should be washed separately the first wash in cold water inside out and Hang Dry.  Acid Wash Tees have a tendency to get softer a little thinner the more they are washed.
